Dashboard Overview

Your dashboard provides a comprehensive view of all notification activities and key metrics.

Key Metrics

  • Active Notifications: Total number of customers waiting for stock alerts
  • Emails Sent: Total notifications sent to customers
  • Conversion Rate: Percentage of notified customers who made a purchase
  • Top Products: Most requested out-of-stock items

View and manage all customer notification requests in one place.

Notification List

Access the complete list of notifications from Notifications → List:

  • Filter by status (Pending, Sent, Converted)
  • Search by customer email or product name
  • Sort by date, product, or status
  • Export data for analysis

Notification Actions

  • View Details: See full notification information
  • Resend: Manually resend a notification
  • Delete: Remove individual notifications
  • Bulk Actions: Manage multiple notifications at once
Note: Notifications are automatically sent when products are restocked. Manual sending is useful for testing or special cases.

Appearance

Email Configuration

Sender Settings

  • From Email: Must be your verified business domain
  • From Name: Your store or business name
  • Reply-To: Email address for customer replies

Domain Authentication

Authenticate your sending domain for better deliverability:

  • Navigate to Settings → Domain Authentication
  • Add your domain and verify DNS records
  • Follow the step-by-step verification process
  • Test email sending after verification
� Important: Public email providers (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail) are not supported. You must use your business domain.
